A Comedy by Oscar Wilde
A farcical comedy depicting the tangled affairs of two young men about town who lead double lives to evade unwanted social obligations, both assuming the name Earnest while wooing the young women of their affections. Wilde masterfully uses wit to parody and satirize late Victorian manners and contemporary dramatic norms.
Tickets include beverages & light hor d'oeuvres.
Tickets for fundraiser show The Importance of Being Ernest will be available to the general public on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 1:00pm online (for a fee), at 419-223-8866 (leave your name, number and ticket request and a volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible) or at the Box Office.
