Annual Banquet and Awards (Updated)
Social Chairs Alice Donahue and Chris Butturff announce The Annual Banquet and Awards will be Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 6:00pm, at Encore Theater. There will be finger food and desserts. The cost will be $10.00 per person. Champagne punch, hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be provided. BYOB. The deadline to make reservations for the banquet has been moved to Thursday June 20, 2013. Message from Mark: I will be in for a while on Friday, June 21, 2013 after 1:30pm if you still need to make your Banquet reservations. As with the old deadline, payment should accompany the reservation.
Looking for a flat screen TV
We are looking for a flat screen TV for the lobby at Encore. Harold Poppe has scanned past show pictures that we will display in the lobby. We can also print show information and schedules for upcoming Encore events. If you have a flat screen TV that you can donate to the theater please let us know at the office.
Harold does not have photos from every show and would like to know if anyone might have additional photos. Please contact Harold if you think you might be able to provide photos of the following shows:
